OSA’s MEN ADVANCE TO PLAYOFFS FOR A SECOND YEAR

For a second consecutive year OSA FC’s men’s team has taken the title of Northwest Champions!

This is the second season in the NPSL for the Italian-American club who was able to pull out another victory over the Portland Spartans, an experienced club and the only direct opponent in the run to the west regional playoffs.

With one loss, one tie and three wins in the five games against the Spartans, OSA FC showed that its youthful team, the average age in the last game was a mere 20 years old, and its Italian technical and tactical preparation were the stronger combination. The Italian head coach, Filippo Milano and his staff led the team to the playoffs thanks to lots of hard work and Italian influenced technical and tactical training.

The team that will be OSA’s opponent in the first round of the playoffs will be the CD Aguiluchos. The match will be on Saturday or Sunday.
