85 was the number of teams that started out the 2016 regular season of the NPSL, now only 16 are left, and OSA FC is one them! A 2-3 victory over the CD Aguiluchos this past Saturday in Oakland gave OSA FC a spot in the NPSL Western Semifinals.

OSA FC is now among the strongest teams in the country. This is no small feat as some of the teams are the second squads of NASL clubs, such as the New York Cosmos B, the Atlanta Silverbacks, the Carolina Railhawks, the Fort Lauderdale Strikers U-23 and the Tampa Bay Rowdies 2, teams that have 10,000+ fans, like Chattanooga FC, teams that ended the regular season undefeated, such as the Chattanooga FC and the Albion SC Pros. The same Albion SC Pros that will be OSA FC’s next opponents in a game that will determine who goes on to the West Regional Finals.

It won’t be an easy game for our guys who, again this weekend, will have to fly south to San Diego, CA to play. Any future play off games will also require a flight down south for the team, making the playoffs a substantial commitment, but one to be very proud of!

Suppor tour team on Saturday, July 16 at 7pm against the Albion SC Pros!

Good luck! #goOSA
