On May 20 OSA FC men’s team will travel down to California for back to back games against Sacramento Gold on Friday May 20th and against Real San Jose on Sunday May 22nd.

In the past season (when OSA FC debut in the NPSL as FC Tacoma 253) OSA and Sacramento Gold faced each other three times. The first two games were during the regular season and Sacramento won both games (3-1 and 4-3). The third time they faced was a playoff game as the Northwest Champion (OSA) played the Golden Gate Champion (Sacramento Gold).  After 120 minutes of back-and-forth battling and intense play, it was Sacramento Gold FC who prevailed 3-2 over the visiting OSA FC in the NPSL West Region quarterfinals.

In 2015 NPSL season, OSA FC also played Real San Jose two on two other occasions. While the first result ended in a tie, in the second match the OSA team reached a 4-1 win (goals by Eli Gordley, Pedro Millan and the Italians Gianfranco di Julio and Samuele Piccinotti).

In the last NPSL playoff campaign, Sacramento Gold FC made its third consecutive postseason appearance and fifth in its six years as a club. They also are the 2015 NPSL National Champions.

Real San Jose has been playing the NPSL for the last 9 years, but never qualifying for the playoffs.

OSA FC began their season with a 0-1-2 record (they tied against the other Northwest Conference Team, the Spartans FC) and are looking for redemption and to unmask their true identity as a team.
