May 14 – Saturday afternoon OSA ended their preseason schedule with an outstanding performance by finding the net nine times against Division II GNAC Conference Team, Western Oregon University.

“Preseason games are the time for us to understand how we want to play and build team chemistry” says Head Coach Malia Arrant.

Going into the last preseason game, OSA had an objective to build team chemistry and establish their identity.  This experienced team involving many current and former college players, were able to show their identity through combinations and finding the net.
Three of the nine goals came from Trinidad and Tobago international striker, Kennya Cordner. T&T striker expressed how excited she is about the team, “We did our best and executed what we wanted to do, and it was fun.”

Ending the successful preseason of 4-1-0, the OSA women roll into league play on the road – North Vancouver Girls SC in North Vancouver, BC Kinsmen Park at 2pm.
